About
#WIN exists to bring awareness to Fear, Lack, and Separation (pronounced Fliss); to remember, learn and practice Love, Abundance, and Unity (LAU pronounced Lauw) and to provide actionable ways that bring daily impact to ourselves, our lives and our world.
LAU Circle Ups are one way #WIN is creating a network of women actively practicing how to live from LAU. #WIN is redefining LAU in language that is accessible and applicable to every person and in every single situation and interaction we have. We mean it. LAU is the medicine the world needs at work, in politics & government, policing & keeping communities safe, education, business, all of it. #WIN exists because LAU needs to go where LAU has not gone before.
A few things you can expect at a LAU circle up are a short grounding together and presencing LAU, an explanation of weekly theme, real-life examples followed by group conversation.

Ana & AmyJo’s Story
#WIN was born out of executive leadership coaching sessions at Ana’s work. AmyJo coached Ana for about 9 months, giving Ana an exposure to AmyJo’s coaching style rooted in LAU. During a session, AmyJo mentioned how she had a desire to gather all her amazing women clients together to meet each other and connect, and that was it. It was just a comment and the conversation moved on.
Enter global pandemic, and Ana couldn’t stop thinking about AmyJo’s idea to connect all of her badass women, so reached out to her to say “is now the right time?” And the rest is herstory.
