How - The Pavo navigation methodology

Pavo Navigation coaches the whole person. What does that mean? We are not two different people, the professional me and the personal me. We are whole beings. The you who walks through the front door of your company (or now sits in the zoom meetings with your company), is the same you who walks through other parts of the world as a friend, lover, parent, sibling. You get the picture.

The narrative shaped by and through the energies of fear, lack, and separation have trained us to believe that we cannot and should not show up as whole integrated people when we are at work. We’ve been convinced that we must hold aspects of ourselves back, not share certain ideas, concerns, or intentions. We are cautious.

The result is that we do not draw on all of our gifts, passions, experiences, joys, and learnings. We don’t bring our whole selves to either place and are therefore fragmented and not operating in our full power. 

When we recognize that we are truly one whole being, everything shifts.

All of our experiences and stories shape and inform our behavior which is vital to how successful we are at work.

As integrated people we are more able to be effective. We are open to new ideas, innovative, and confident, utilizing the experiences in and from all spheres of our lives, allowing more of each individual’s superpower to be used in service to their goals.

You and your employees will never be asked a personal question or inquiry in a Pavo Navigation coaching session and, if there is something that is top-of-mind for them that isn’t immediately work related, it is welcome and will be used to explore and lead your employee toward leadership and professional development goals.
