Ana inspires! Everytime. She can design a sustainable development project while explaining how widgets work. She has managed multicultural teams domestically and internationally and currently lives in Mexico City. Ana is an expert at identifying toxicity in the workplace and expertly guides and equips individuals and teams to address and transform it. She co-founded the #whatifnow movement with AmyJo and loves hosting their weekly LAU Circle Up's! Supporting individuals and teams to navigate the modern toxic workplace with LAU is Ana's passion!

Alyson Foley Contreras

Aly is a seer of clarity and possibility. She draws on years of experience garnered from across a wide range of industries (travel, fashion, media and wellness) and roles (marketing, graphic design, fashion and product design and styling). She has founded 4 businesses and her entrepreneurial spirit has given her a non-linear and adventurous path through her career and life. Her purpose is to help people and organizations see where and how to most effectively use their energy.

Lauren Van Ham, MA

Lauren has her finger on the pulse. She has been working in the dynamic and evolving fields of corporate sustainability and community resiliency designing employee engagement programs and curriculum to support teams through urgent or complex transitions. She brings experience in healthcare, corporate and educational settings, and facilitates efforts to bring about greater transparency, creativity and flow.

Micheline is a champion. She is a two time World Cup athlete and a champion of healthy sustainable change for individuals and teams. She is a powerful and graceful leader and a masterful and wise Coach who supports unlocking the potential of every client and sets them up for success in their personal and professional development.  She excels at transforming organizations through developing conscious leadership maturity, emotional and relational intelligence for individuals and teams that will sustainably impact the bottom line. 

Monique Adorno-Jiménez, M.Ed

Monique expands possibilities. Through her work in education and mentoring, she supports people to reach their highest potentials. She has spent her career working with underrepresented populations and collaborates with individuals and teams to shift culture. She is recognized for strong leadership, exceptional hands-on management, forming collaborative teams and career development of staff.

Margaret is a bridge builder. A 20+ year veteran of the fast paced entertainment industry, she held multiple managerial and executive roles in marketing and communications prior to coming to coaching. She is deeply curious and a power listener, she is continually inspired by her client’s capacity for and progress towards growth and transformation. Margaret is passionate about creating and supporting balance, equity, opportunity and productivity in the workplace.
